RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return or exchange (where available) your Seamone Swimwear Online Store purchase for any reason, (NOT including SALE items that are 50% or higher discount off original price) subject to adherence to these terms. Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment only. Items returned outside this period will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place and original packaging returned. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame. For all swimwear customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. We can only exchange items for a different size we cannot exchange for a different style. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order. The above policy only applies to the Seamone Swimwear Online Store. Seamone Swimwear stockists are unable to accept returns on items purchased Online. Similarly, purchases made in Seamone Swimwear stockists cannot be returned to the Online Store. Gift vouchers may not be retuned or exchanged once purchased and are valid 1 year from the date of issue, valid only on our Online Store.

RETURN STEPS

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below:

  1. Please contact us at customerservice@seamone.com.au, with order number as subject line. In your email please advise your return reason, to request an RA number and Returns Form. Without a valid RA number and completed Returns Form we are unable to process your return. Once you have received an RA number, form and returns address details from us, you are then able to fill out our Returns Form with the required information.
  2. When returning items, please specify your RA number on the outside of the package with clear address details and enclose the following: The completed Returns Form, including your RA number, also your Invoice (included in your delivery) ensuring your details are clear. The item(s) for return, including original packaging, $5 will be deducted from refund or credited on exchange without the return of all original packaging and paper collateral.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN

For all returns, please either use Australia Post with tracking or a reputable courier company such as DHL. For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe of 14 days. Once the items have been received they will then undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We always endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. However items we exchange will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. We are NOT liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and remember taking note of your tracking number.

All Seamone Swimwear is carefully handmade in Bali, to standards of the highest quality. We have a detailed quality assurance system which guarantees high-quality products. All quality control is meticulously performed in-house; as we believe in keeping a close eye on our production and quality control standards, right from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the finished piece. It is our constant endeavour to produce work of good quality. Seamone Swimwear features the latest in fabric technology developed by an International leader in the warp knit fabrics sector. The materials used in the construction of our swimwear is very important when it comes to quality. This is why we have invested a great deal of time researching the best fabrics to develop our styles in that help improve performance, comfort levels and the longevity of Seamone Swimwear. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Seamone Swimwear and accessories are not mass produced, they are a limited handmade treasure.
Each piece is skillfully made using the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature.
Please follow our sins and virtues guide for care instructions to ensure the life of your piece.

 SEAMONE SEVEN DEADLY SINS:
-Posing on rough surfaces like rocks may cause pulling and pilling to your swimwear.
-Sunscreen lotions, fake tans and tanning oils may mark or damage your swimwear.
-Extreme heat and high levels of chlorine and salt may fade or damage your piece.
-In order to remove trapped sand, gently run your fingernail over the dried fabric.
-Do not wash with chemicals. Do not wash in hot water. Do not wring, soak or bleach.
-Do not leave rolled up wet. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. EVER.
-All suits that have embellishments are not intended for surfing or other sports. Sorry.

SEAMONE SEVEN HEAVENLY VIRTUES:
-Try on swimwear bottoms with hygiene protection sticker attached.
-Remove hygiene protection sticker if 100% satisfied with purchase.
-Keep the receipts, care instructions and fabric tags somewhere safe.
-Rinse thoroughly immediately after use. Hand wash in cold water.
-Lay piece flat and hang dry in the shade out of direct sunlight.
-Please keep any beads or embellishments we supply for extras.
-Love your Lycra, to extend the life of your new swimwear piece.­

FAULTY ITEM

All items are checked prior to dispatch and the best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however in the highly unlikely case you do receive faulty item please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package at customerservice@seamone.com.au. Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty items if the item was received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the item after purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted on faulty items within 14 days from the date of shipment only. Faulty items returned outside this period will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you, as they will be considered worn. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place and original packaging returned. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear over time or damaged intentionally are not considered faulty, please be mindful in caring for your swimwear and follow our care instructions above religiously.
