PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days from the time of shipment in relation to standard and express options. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 business days depending on your location. Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at immediately at customerservice@seamone.com.au. All our orders are processed within 1-2 days of order placement. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be then notified by email.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be emailed to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during ETA. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. Please note we unfortunately cannot deliver to PO box addresses. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery based on item availability, such as Pre-Order. SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

For shipping outside of Australia, we use DHL’s Express and International Ecommerce Service. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be delivered to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then please email us at immediately at customerservice@seamone.com.au. All orders are processed within 1-2 days of order placement. CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these separately on the arrival of your order in your country. For some countries, pre-payment of duties and taxes is not available. For these countries, shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. For these countries, sorry that we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Countries which are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis are; Congo, Cook Islands, Fiji, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, Tahiti and Vanuatu. Seamone Swimwear is legally required to declare the entire dollar value paid on all international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us via email at customerservice@seamone.com.au if you have any queries in regards to your shipping region before checking out.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund or exchange. Please note Pre-Order estimated delivery dates may change. We apologise in advance for any items you may have missed out on. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at customerservice@seamone.com.au immediately. If in the case your order has already been shipped, Seamone Swimwear accepts no responsibility for incorrect details that are entered. If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion. Shipments which are missed or rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the occasion that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation immediately.

GIFT WRAPPING 

For our packaging, we use Avani eco bags. Made from 100% renewable bio-based cassava plant starch. These non-plastic product bags are naturally compostable and biodegradable, safe to consume for land and marine animals, also will dissolve in water. Discover more about our sustainable packaging HERE. All orders arrive wrapped in acid free tissue paper and beautiful wax sealed paper collateral which is suitable for gift giving.
